1. General Condition of Use

1.1 Scope and Definitions

These General Conditions of Use apply to all services provided by

All Time Yatra India Pvt. Ltd. through the website alltimeyatra.com.

  • Car Sharing: Sharing a vehicle journey between Driver and Passenger.
  • Trip: A journey agreed between Driver and Passenger.
  • Cost Contribution: Passenger contribution towards trip expenses.
  • Member: Registered user of the platform.
  • Vehicle: Car used for the shared journey.
Any violation of these conditions may lead to suspension or permanent removal of the user account.

2. Use of the Service

2.1 User Account

Users must provide accurate information including name, mobile number, and email address while registering.

2.2 No Commercial Activity

The platform is strictly for personal ride-sharing purposes. Commercial taxi or profit-based services are not allowed.

2.3 Booking and Payment

Passengers can book seats through the platform and Drivers may collect the agreed trip contribution amount.

  • Bookings become confirmed after email confirmation.
  • Drivers and Passengers manage the trip directly.

  • All Time Yatra is not responsible for cancellations or payment disputes.

3. Driver & Passenger Obligations

Driver Responsibilities

  • Maintain valid insurance and driving license.
  • Arrive on time with the agreed vehicle.
  • Inform passengers about any trip changes.
  • Wait at least 30 minutes at pickup point.

Passenger Responsibilities

  • Arrive on time at pickup location.
  • Pay the agreed contribution amount.
  • Follow platform conduct and safety rules.
  • Inform driver in case of cancellation.
Single girls are not allowed during nighttime.

4. Insurance & Safety

Drivers must maintain valid comprehensive insurance covering third-party liability and passengers during the trip.

Passengers may request proof of insurance, RC book, driving license, and PUC certificate before the trip.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

All Time Yatra India Pvt. Ltd. acts only as a technology platform connecting Drivers and Passengers.

  • The company is not responsible for trip cancellations.
  • The company is not liable for incorrect information shared by users.
  • Users access the platform at their own risk.

6. Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Courts in Pune.
